2. If I was on that panel, I'd simply say "Lie" about every 4 seconds anytime he spoke.

He talks non-stop so that others can't make their points. He lies endlessly.

So, learn from it. When he talks, just say "Lie" repeatedly.

It will interrupt him and make him stutter. When he asks "Where did I lie?", Say, "You know exactly where you lied, and so does everyone else." Then stop talking.
