Of course, my neighbors would be clutching their pearls if any of those things happened.

I just laugh.

But please, PLEASE! No lutefisk trucks on the corners. And I am Norwegian!

But a Finnish pasty truck would be great, as long as they put sufficient rutabaga in them, and sufficient gravy on top.

Good eatin!

I was born and raised in Detroit. Yes, IN Detroit. Cooley High grad of 1966.

As everybody knows, the further from the Mexican border, the worse the Mexican food is. My favorite outside Rosarita Beach on Baja is in New Mexico where they apparently know how it is done. Screw Tex-Mex.

And yes, taco trucks are awesome.

You've got me by quite a few years.

The only thing that I miss from my time in Texas is the food.

But you can get some great Middle Eastern stuff up this way.

The food at such places is pretty wonderful, which gives fact to: Food is good for you; eat food. The more the variety, the better.

Unfortunately they are down at Cedar Point, this weekend, so I guess that "technically" we don't have one, right now. But they will be back, and they are fantastic. Come on over and see enjoy, some time!
