September 11th, 2001 was a beautiful Tuesday morning. The Sunday NFL games for the following Sunday were all postponed. Vinny Testaverde and other NY Jets players were quite vocal about postponing them. Even when the games resumed the following week, it still didn't seem right.
It was such a painful, numbing day.
