they are public record. they are full of lies.
here in chi, he worked the old boy network to lower taxes on trump tower chi. he is still working it, in fact, claiming that the retail space on the first floor is unrentable.
i suspect the stink from his campaign is what is making them unrentable, not the sight lines and the location.
i have no doubt that there are plenty more like this.

That sounds like penalty and interest. Not income tax.
