No, I don't need Hillary to smile.

Being President is serious shit and I don't need warm feels to determine who is best suited for the job. I met Hillary once 24 years ago but I have no expectations of having dinner with her now. So what if she really IS grumpy, she just need to do her job.

I guess I might be, at least, a wee bit "grumpy" if falsehoods and lies were constantly being said about me. She's human, like anyone else.

that women are expected to smile all the time, whereas their male counterparts don't seem as compelled to do so. As a woman, I can say that throughout my life, it was a consistent expectation.

Hillary really does smile a lot, a lot more than most male candidates. It is sad that women are judged like that.

for "not smiling." I remember that the Trumpers criticized Carly Fiorina for not "smiling" either. I personally don't want to watch a prez candidate discuss a serious topic with a big idiotic grin on his or her face. This shit is serious, and the idea that Hillary needs to smile as she is discussing Isis, etc is just ridiculous.

... president and dems want the president to be able to wipe their own ass's.

I agree, I don't care about having a bear with the prez... if it happens than great but I'm not hinging my vote on it and doesn't care that much if the president even knows who I am ... would love to shake Obama's hand but that's not the reason I voted for him in 2008.

It is pretty clear why Hillary avoids the lying partisan press.
