I just don't get it

Why does the media sit on its hands when tRump, Pence, and their surrogates claim they admire Putin's strength as a leader.

Why aren't they asking something like this...

"Are some of those strengths you admire the fact that Putin cracks down on and prevents a free press? Or that he has dissenters imprisoned and/or killed? If not those then list a few policies, programs, or anything he has done you admire."

Hillary was on her way to a blow out and the media decided that they just could not have that. They then spent the next three weeks trashing her on bunch of bullshit. Trump meanwhile gets away with everything. Oh they will criticize him, but then immediately pivot back to the emails and attack her as if that is equivalent to trumps racist bs. There r so many statements he has made that should have caused his support to implode. Can you imagine if obama or clinton had made those statements. I know i have seen posts similar to mine but it is so frustrating.

If trump becomes president, the economy will crash. If this is the scenario that plays out, we will have to go after the journalist that propped him up. They have to be held accountable. They should be forced out of their jobs. Liberal media my ass.

And especially Trump's appearance on state-run Russian TV. Perhaps the media may reconsider its approach to covering this election and begin to increase coverage of Trump's corruption and craziness. There are so many untold stories that could be written and broadcast.

Will they? We can only hope. But the drive for more $$$ will probably outweigh any reconsideration of their responsibilities to the public.

And by they way, welcome to DU!
