This is quite a lot of gnashing of teeth over likely dehydration.

I've fainted a number of times because I'm terrible about remembering to consume proper level of fluids.

I don't remember there being this much fascination and speculation about W's health when he choked on a pretzel and fainted.

Possibly lack of adequate hydration, standing still for over an hour in what is above-normal heat, wearing a suit and probably kevlar....and how could it not have been highly emotional for her, being there and remembering?

During things like dress inspections, etc, I saw quite a few people meet the deck with their faces. Sometimes you don't even realize you are standing with your knees in that locked position.

The benign reasons for Hillary's episode can NOT be discounted.

Stephen Douglas pushed himself so hard during the 1860 election that it permanently damaged his health and later killed him and today's presidential candidates go at it 100% harder at least.
