And I did hear some talking heads--can't remember whether it was CNN or not, but I think so--at least mentioning that she is known for plowing ahead and getting done what needs to be done. I hope the campaign can successfully spin it that way.

I also, of course, heard them say that this lack of transparency about her being truly sick was a problem. In retrospect the campaign should have just admitted it. Anyone, especially on an exhausting campaign trail, can get pneumonia without its meaning anything. But Trump's bullshit about her health was why she didn't want to give him any ammunition at all so it's obvious why they made that decision. She had a reason not to say she had pneumonia. He doesn't have a reason for the lack of transparency about his taxes.

3. I can't find a compelling reason why I needed to immediately know the nature of her illness

...which is essentially a serious respiratory infection which apparently isn't serious enough to debilitate her.

I'm thoroughly unconvinced that these news sources who are harping on this have our best interests in mind. It's about selling news, imo.
