You get halfway through the third taco and you realize..... MY FACE IS ON FIRE!

They have amazing jerk rib tips too. They finally put the chicken tacos on the menu at their takeout restaurant. Used to be only on the truck, which could be anywhere. I've had jerk chicken tacos the last three Fridays in a row! Life is good! Now if only the rib tips weren't exclusive to the truck....

If you ever make it to Michigan City, Indiana, it's called Cool Running. Sooooo good. I'll gladly take this taco truck on my corner....

I hope I make it there, I've always wanted to visit each state and try everything, like that show on food network. I love food.

We more or less stayed on the resort grounds for the majority of the time. Fantastic food. The resort had an Italian restaurant. A seafood/steak, a French, and a 24hr grill under the 24hr bar. It was all inclusive so why spend money on food right? Young and naive. Oh well, I did sample what the island is known for....and it ain't food.

I'm talking about Red Stripe beer! .........among other things....

But if you do make it out this way, let me know! Any excuse to get dem tacos!

On edit: it's an hour from Chicago, which you have to visit for the pizza alone. You'll wanna hit Gino's East for the Chicago deep dish. Best in the world. Period. (Sorry New Yorkers, you may be the greatest city in the world...no argument here. But you ain't got shit on Chicago pizza.)

We have pretty good, um, "stuff" up here in AK, but I know that if i got a sample from there, I'd want to move so I could indulge myself daily. My mom swears she is gonna take me on a cruise there one day soon, I'll make sure to eat a BUNCH of food in between my smoke sessions.

I heard about the Chicago/NYC pizza wars, I ain't saying nothin! Pizza folks are fierce and I love it all. You made me hungry.
