It might actually hurt her with the Democratic base. Not as much as W's would though. If W plans to vote for her I really hope he keeps it to himself.

It shows just how bad of a candidate Trump really is when the big names in the GOP refuse to support him, or come out in support of Hillary. I don't know why any Democrat would change their vote for Hillary just because of republicans saying they will vote for her. Hell Bernie and his supporters were trying to get republicans, and I think they did, to help him out in the primaries.

First, it is all second hand.
It would have power if he announced this himself.
Now, Repugnants can call it hearsay.
Plus, they will say he is senile.
Also, they will say he has a weird liking for Bill and always has.

Now, if W or Jeb woul announce they were voting Hillary, those would have power with some moderate voting Repubs.

is that trump has trashed a lot of republicans, which include bush, kasich, cruz, among others.
What I suspect is that there are a good number of republicans who won't come out publicly and say it, but they will NOT vote for trump. Some of those votes will go to Hillary. Hillary has the gender vote and POC vote, and I also suspect that many of these "likely voter models", are under representing these demographics, and it will be reflected with Hillary being elected.

I'm sure there are some republicans who say they're voting for Trump, but they'll secretly mark Clinton's name on the ballot. We probably won't ever find out. I could see someone like Paul Ryan doing this – he won't admit it publicly, but he's probably almost as scared of a Trump presidency as we are.

41's official spokesperson said " The vote Bush will cast as a private citizen in some 50 days will be just that: a private vote cast in some 50 days. He is not commenting on the presidential race in the interim" Even if he actually came out and publicly said it I can assure you it is NOT a game changer. He's old. His opinion is irrelevant. If it mattered JEB would be the nominee.

could rise from the ashes, have a press conference, tell the world that Drumpf is a piece of shit that should be shunned from polite society and that his ghost is voting for Hillary and it wouldn't make a lick of difference. Not with the spittle-spewing fucking morons who worship Drumpf.

I've often wondered about folks in the past whom I liked after I found out that they liked some repuke in terms of how that could be possible. At this point, and I actually don't like admitting this, if someone says they support Drumpf, I cross them off my internal list of people who should ever be taken seriously or respected for their opinions.

nation, GHW Bush loves this nation more than he loves party unity, he knows Trump will hurt the RNC for many years to come, better to give up this election for a Republican than the ruin Trump will deliver. This announcement just may start the roll out of other Republicans saying they will vote for Hillary.
