It is somewhat encouraging that Donald Trump cannot get above 45% in the polls.

Recently. Hillary Clinton has been able to get above 50%.

Sometimes history has a way of mocking us and duplicating events of the past.

Bill Clinton was elected twice to the Presidency and never won 50% of the vote. Perhaps luckily, he had a strong independent running in the race with the Republican. Even though he won a landslide in the electoral college, he only got 43% of the vote in his first race.

Is Hillary going to be President in the same manner as Bill? Will she be the President without 50% of the popular vote?

I would not be surprised.
