He said that Hillary will win. 100% The panel did not like that answer. Even Heileman seemed a little snippy when asking if Plouffe stood by past statement that Hillary would win (100%). Then Mika chimes in that the only thing is that everyone has always been wrong about Trump. Joe did not say much about the 100%. He was asking Plouffe how much ground game could help percentages. I'm just glad Plouffe is still confident. Still wish he was a part of the Clinton campaign. Last night he tweeted this:
