If her earpiece fell out and she could not be fed lines, she would not be the one sending messages, she would be receiving them.

Anyway, assuming for an instant that that was actually what was going on, wouldn't the ability to communicate non-verbally with aides while at the same time giving answers to questions be a good thing for a President to be able to do? How smart would the President look if she had an answer for every question without wearing an obvious earpiece? She could go on Jeopardy and beat Ken Jennings!

Furthermore, I would give kudos to Hillary for knowing Morse Code, remember how that saved our asses in Independence Day?
