Dear Rosie O'Donnell, Your Country Needs Your Help

Rosie (if I may be familiar):

Sometimes in a person's life circumstances arise where one individual, unbidden, has great responsibility thrust upon them. This is such a time, and you are the thrustee.

Whether you somehow saw him naked and could verify his tiny, shriveled manhood or landed a particularly telling insult in a joke years ago, you uniquely get under Donald Trump's skin merely by existing. This alone should get you a Nobel nomination, but I digress.

On Monday night Hillary thoroughly curb-stomped Trump in front of 80+ million people, but that's not enough to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, and your daughter Dakota, from the remote but extant possibility of a Trump Presidency.

We need you Rosie. We need you in the front row of the next debate, the "town-hall" in St. Louis. You don't need to actually do anything but be there, but you really need to do that.

Please?

8. Here's Why Donald Trump Hates Rosie O'Donnell

Although O’Donnell had been publicly critical of Trump for at least a year prior—on her blog rosie.com, for example, where she continues publish Trump rants, alongside Joni Mitchell lyrics and free-verse poems about Stephen Collins’ history of sexual abuse—it’s generally accepted that their rivalry took root in 2006, when O’Donnell, then a cast member on The View, ripped into Trump for a press conference he’d just given about then-Miss USA Tara Conner, who’d been found to have used drugs and alcohol.

In the 5-minute segment, O’Donnell imitated Trump, even flipping her hair into a combover. “He annoys me on a multitude of levels,” she said. “He’s the moral authority! Left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair, had kids both times but he’s the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America.”

in any way (to avoid the tit for tat).
The network would welcome her just for the ratings.

But this is so delicate an intrusion on his sanity that I applaud it.

Much as I'd love the idea of Rosie in the audience, I don't see how the debate commission would allow it.
