Trump spokesperson says that Clinton allowed her private server to be hacked and should therefore not be President.
Correct me if I am wrong but was there any evidence that Hillary's private server was hacked? I thought Comey said that there was any evidence that it was actually hacked but that hacking was attempted. Come opined that one could believe that it might have been hacked (or something like that).
But didn't the hacker finally confess that he lied on FOX that he had actually hacked her server?
I believe that Hillary's server was actually more secure than the State Department servers and the Trump meme should not go unchallenged.

(4,138 posts)The argument has been that it could have been hacked, but State Department and OPM servers were actually hacked so it's hard to argue that her emails would have been any safer there.

I really hope if this comes up HRC will be ready to cite this report. It shows that she was not lying about Colin Powell and that her server was not hacked...as least as far as we know up to now.

(3,739 posts)spokesman was making up stuff. The goofy hacker was also shown to be making it up that he had hacked Hillary's server too.
It is hard to keep up with the lies from Trump and his surrogates, isn't it?

(1,060 posts)The person on Fox claimed to have hacked it, but seemingly it was a hoax... And it was Fox.
Securing a isolated, single service server, is a lot easier than securing one that's accessed by many in a large organisation.
Most "hacking" come through malware + social engineering (once inside one account).
There is very little tech in most so called hacking attempts; people are the weakest link when it comes to security.

Just in case you don't have the FBI report that was released:

(7,113 posts)...but, no, there's no evidence that Hillary's server was ever hacked, just speculation that it could have been.
