OK, my interactions with the ground game are making me feel good

I live in Virginia, and I just had a volunteer knocking on my door asking if I was planning to vote on Tuesday, telling me where the polling place is, and making sure my wife had already sent in her absentee ballot for California (she keeps her residence there). She saw my neighbor across the hall coming back in and asked about her and her roommate. This is encouraging.
