Donald Trump is a two year old in a 70 year old's body. He doesn't listen to reason, wants to do everything by himself and throws tantrums a lot. Actually, I think a toddler has better control of their emotions than DTC! He will not concede because he wants to rule the world. He is like VIGO on Ghost Busters: pure EVIL!

…there remains the possibility of Drumpf setting up a steady drumbeat of "rigged" and "massive corruption" that might encourage the House, if still in Republican hands, to simply reject the report from the Electoral College without cause, and thus refuse to certify the election results and appoint the task of choosing the President to themselves. And I suspect some might do it, particularly the teabaggers and Freedom Caucus members. But I'd bet that enough House Republicans, along with their Senate counterparts, would be just as eager to put Trump behind them so that "the grown-ups" (relatively-speaking) could take back control of their party.

...put Trump behind them? Trump *is* these assholes, and his supporters *are* the GOP "base". There is nothing I would put beyond these people. If they did what you suggested, we would be in the worst constitutional crisis since 1861. If Hillary wins the popular and electoral vote, and the Congress tries to install Trump, God alone knows what might happen. I can't imagine he'd have a peaceful "inauguration".
