I think at around 11p.m. California will get called that takes her over the top, and shortly thereafter the early battleground states (North Carolina, Florida, etc) will get called.

11. It will be at least 11:00 PM (Eastern time).

They won't call it until our polls close here on the west coast at 8:00 PM (Pacific time).

We can all figure out what they will say before they 'officially' call the election, though. Just pay attention to how they call the states. As soon as we get past 194 electoral votes (taking into account that 2 Washington state electors are saying they won't vote for Hillary or will abstain--with them, it would be 192), we've got it! The votes of California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii will put her at the magic number of 270. That's what I'll be watching for. I expect her electoral total to be much larger than 270, though!
