23. When Obama won in 2008

I cried with a good friend of mine, an African American man. Honestly, I had voted for Hillary in the primary, but enthusiastically supported Obama in the General.

My friend told me, after we hugged and cried, that in 2016 he would cry with me when Hillary is elected as the first woman president. We have a date tomorrow night to obsessively watch the election returns, eat, drink, and hug!
