Any state that used "Crosscheck" should at the very least be challenged.

How many states ran the software program called "crosscheck?" And if so their
outcomes should be challenged. This was not an election but a criminal action
to manipulate the outcome reguardless of how the people voted.

We need an audit of any state that ran "Crosscheck." Call or write the POTUS,
Dem. Congress Critters, the D o J, and the (what I think is useless) DNC.

http://www.gregpalast.com/election-stolen-heres/

Before a single vote was cast, the election was fixed by GOP and Trump operatives.

Starting in 2013 – just as the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act – a coterie of Trump operatives, under the direction of Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, created a system to purge 1.1 million Americans of color from the voter rolls of GOP–controlled states.

The system, called Crosscheck, is detailed in my Rolling Stone report,
“The GOP’s Stealth War on Voters,” 8/24/2016.

Crosscheck in action:
Trump victory margin in Michigan: 13,107
Michigan Crosscheck purge list: 449,922

Trump victory margin in Arizona: 85,257
Arizona Crosscheck purge list: 270,824

Trump victory margin in North Carolina: 177,008
North Carolina Crosscheck purge list: 589,393

On Tuesday, we saw Crosscheck elect a Republican Senate and as President, Donald Trump. The electoral putsch was aided by nine other methods of attacking the right to vote of Black, Latino and Asian-American voters, methods detailed in my book and film, including “Caging,” “purging,” blocking legitimate registrations, and wrongly shunting millions to “provisional” ballots that will never be counted.

is before the election, not after. It's not like there can be a re-vote after putting anyone wrongly removed back on the voter rolls.

They weren't in 2000 either and they should have been. Now, this next time, the election fraud is even more blatant and even worse, with Russian bad actors interfering. This is not only a national issue but also a national security issue. And nothing will be done. Then, next time the election fraud will be again many times worse and more blatant.

Our elections are a joke around the world. We're officially (IMO) a banana republic run by dictator-sociopaths.

We're DONE.

that states can use to keep their voter rolls up to date and eliminate dual registrations, IMO. That isn't a function that should be left up to states, who then contract it out to private companies.

Of course, then you get into a national voter registration system, which isn't Constitutional, so I'm not sure what the answer is.

Gerrymandering happened in states all across the nation over the past decade. When it happened in my state, Indiana, in 2013, I thought: "Who cares if IN goes from red to redder?" It's had a negative impact. My area of IN used to reliably keep a Democrat in Congress, but not now. Every seat matters and I was negligent.

Gore beat the Shrub so did Kerry. And Hillary has been a robbery victim now.

That the democrats are once again accepting this without even a whimper is mind boggling. It is like an abused wife who will not fight back.

The voting red flags in some counties of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania were only in areas using voting machines. We need to move away from them but there has been no real push by the Democratic Party to deep six them and that amazes me.

... on ALL the electronic voting machines.

"So, voting rights attorney Robert Fitrakis was thrilled to learn that many of Ohio’s voting machines would, for this election, have a brand-new anti-hacking capability. The computers could now take a photo of every voter card loaded in, time stamp each marking and keep the images in an order that allows an audit and recount.

But there’s one thing wrong with the new tamper-proof voting machines. “They’ve decided to TURN OFF the security.”

What? In 2004, Ohio’s “push-and-pray” machines produced suspect tallies that won President George W. Bush’s re-election victory over Sen. John Kerry—although Kerry had a comfortable lead in exit polls. And in this year’s contest, the FBI has raised fears of fiddling these machines by Russian hackers.

Yet, the Republican Secretary of State of Ohio, Jon Husted, is allowing county officials to simply turn off these security functions—with no explanation as to why."

We need to fight the GOP every step of the way 24/7 until we, and the majority of Americans, are back in the driver's seat.

We need Dem leaders to point out we won the popular vote from now until forever.

We have nothing to lose at this point.

Who just happen to travel from places like Missouri to North Carolina to vote twice.

In Ohio where our Sec. of State Jon Husted, and runs "crosscheck" states proudly,
"In Ohio it is easy to vote but hard to cheat." God only knows how many million
votes were nulled out across America because of this scheme.

But the media and the democratic party will not do or say shit. This is 3rd stolen Presidential
election in 16 years.

BTW the man behind "crosscheck" Kris Kobach, Sec. of State of Kansas, is set to be Sec. of
Homeland Security for Trump.

BTW part 2 ... Ohio's own Kenny Blackwell "helped out" Trump in the election and is set to go work for
him in the White House.

Why do you think that is?

IMO, it comes from the top of the mainstream party, and
I find it creepy and discouraging.

The more you think about the implications (i.e. of the Dem elites' mindset),
the creepier it gets.

Every year ( or maybe every other year) we get a postcard saying call in or mail back the card

We do and have had no problem.

I can see where this would be a real problem if someone moved or had spotty mail, or was not aware the importance of a response.

So, what are the suggestions as to what to do? Perhaps we should pass a law in Congress?? Maybe the President should suggest something?? Those options will never happen . The problem as I see it the oversight of the election as well as all the rules for enforcement of what's on the books already have no sure way of being enforced if they don't want to. We'd be depending on the Republican legislature to do it, and they have no inclination. I'm not sure Mass protests in the street will do it. Shall we file a lawsuit looking to find cross-check unconstitutional? I'm out of ideas but we need a plan that has some possibility of working. What say you??
