1. There were suggestions of Russian

interference, but the Clinton legal team states that so far there did not appear to be "actionable" trespass.

Of course, 'did not appear to be' is not the same as 'definitely were not,' and Clinton team attorneys have joined in the recount effort.

Hacking may or may not be a consideration, but hacking is not the lone breach of fairness to consider.

3. The interference came from Russia, FBI and Wikileaks

4. Yes, but there is no direct line established,

so far as I know, between Russian involvement and vote counts.

7. But you still have to find the votes in order to overturn the results

We can sit here and argue about voter suppression or Russian influence or the fake news on Facebook. But those things are NOT considered election fraud. And a recount will show nothing concerning those things. A recount only verifies a total of ballots that have already been counted.

If the Russians influenced Americans to vote a certain way. That's a whole different issue. And the election won't be nullified because of that.

2. What was the evidence cited?

I was an election official in Michigan and every municipality's clerk runs election within the city limits.

5. Why of course there is an inside story.

Except only the insiders know what it is.

9. I understand

that computer scientist and election experts observed that Clinton was getting about 7% fewer votes in the precincts that used voting machines versus her vote where paper ballots utilized (on average). Not sure whether they tried to take account on demographics, etc.
