1. FFS, do they even teach anything resembling civics
in school these days?
Maybe we should have new primaries as well. Oh wait, we will! In four years! It's in the Constitution! |

2. This is an option of the people. To petition the government to address
a problem the people perceive.
Don't ever forget that. |

3. I suppose if it makes people feel better, what's the harm?
Meanwhile, Trump assembles the most conservative cabinet this country has ever seen.

4. I'm all about petitioning the government
for redress of grievances.
I just don't see the point of asking for something that isn't even Constitutionally possible. But like the recounts, not my time or money that's being wasted, so have at it. |

7. Exactly, if the people, in their infinite wisdom, wish to petition the government to address
pigs lacking the ability to fly, it is certainly their right!

5. A petition. Maybe a lawsuit can change something if there is evidence.
But, we have not seen the evidence.
The best lawsuit may be an equal justice suit. One unrelated to election interference has flaws since proving election interference won't hold up in a court unless you prove voters did not have free will and reasoning power to choose a candidate. If voters don't know the difference between fake news and real news, or foreign propaganda and Republican propaganda, that isn't a viable case to bring. That's a "voters are too stupid" claim seeking a stupid voters solution. |

6. The Constitution gives Congress the ability to resolve disputed elections, courts would never and
likely simply could not order new elections.

8. Congress is the remedy
It's not possible to keep Trump out of the White House. Congress was envisioned as the bulwark against an unfit president. So the best course of action is to petition Congress to oppose, investigate and ultimately impeach Trump.
