Virginia Supreme Court approves tunnel tolls, with full backing of Kooch

Sorry I'm at work using my iPhone here to post, but that SOB Kooch is approving of if the Supreme Court ruling that tolls can be placed on the Midtown and Downtown Tunnels from Portsmouth -- the one Democrat and Black stronghold in the local Hampton Roads area.

I'm a Navy civilian worker who uses these same tunnels five days a week, which will end up costing 1.49 each way . So needless to say I am PISSED !!!!!
