(2,682 posts)and I don't even live in Wisconsin. I'm overwhelmed with sadness to see that Citizens United has provided the 1% all it needs to completely control all elections in this country. At this point, I just want to close the curtains, turn off the phone, watch nothing but old movies and do my genealogy research on-line. I'm mourning the death of my life-long belief in the rule of law which has been killed by the Supreme Court.
It's now complete. It's fascism.

The losses we've suffered in presidential races since 1980 have come home to roost. A conservative majority on the Supreme Court which is more concerned about politics than the rule of law.
