I don't live there, so I'm looking at it as an outsider, but recalls aren't terribly popular--even when it's to recall a governor that half the state dislikes.

All the new voters, turnout in Madison and Milwaukee so high they ran out of ballots... this should have been much closer. I understand the huge funding difference, I understand the Rs framed their message better, I dont understand the difference between yesterdays reports of turnout and todays official numbers. Election fraud could sway a close election, but cant cause.that number of votes to disappear.
