The DNC needs to circulate this to the media, and maybe cut an ad or two about it.

The RNC has been very vocal in using the recent departure of a former Democratic congressman from Alabama (forget his name at the moment) who joined the Republicans as something to hit Obama over the head with.

The Democrats need to counter that with stories like this.

The point I wanted to make is that his defection from the Democrats is getting a lot of attention, and because he is a black Democrat, the RNC is making sure the news gets out to show that Obama is "even losing support among black voters".

The DNC needs to counter by showing that Republicans have gotten disgusted with their party and have decided to leave.

On a related note, I already saw a Repub. super pac ad claiming that Obama broke his promise to not raise taxes on the middle class and now, thanks to Obamacare, enacted the biggest tax in history on all of us. That's the idea-not exact wording, but you know how they lie.

We DO need to do what you suggested, and get the truth out.

Davis was an unabashed sellout from the getgo. He never posited any principles; he got in the game to reap the rewards of Wall Street backing. He reached a point where he saw that there was more $ to be had on the GOP side.

10. As much as I dispise the Republican Party

I am going to hold my nose and register as a Republican in September. I live in a state that, to be honest, is 100% red and anybody not in the Republican Party is totally disenfranchised. We just held another primary election this last week and in one state senate race there were no Democrats running. The decision was made by the Republicans who had a choice between a conservative incumbent and a bat shit crazy conservative that even the mainstream Baptists refer to as a Christina Mullah and is supported by people belonging to groups identified by the Southern Poverty Law Center as hate groups.

I finally decided that it is time for liberals to begin to infiltrate the Republican Party. I am a tried and true liberal but at least I can vote against the bat shit crazies in the primary races and Democrat in the general elections.

13. I live in Oklahoma. We have 1) a Governor who refused $58 million

to help build the health exchange, 2) an Attorney General continually files lawsuits against federal laws or he has no hope of winning or in favor of unconstitutional laws that are idiotic state legislature passed, 3) a labor commission that hates labor, especially state employees, and 4) a state legislature that, despite being anti big government and thinks that the federal government passed laws that interfere with our rights sure wants to try to legislate their religious beliefs on the masses and send women back to the dark ages. I know a lot of co-workers who are tea party type conservatives who are totally anti-Obama and think taxes and the health care bill are both unconstitutional which is funny as they are state workers who are paid by taxes. Some of the anti-affordable health care act would have a hard time getting health care in the private sector because of preexisting conditions. These people are just plain idiots and so irrational that you can't talk common sense with them. I am stuck here until at least reach retirement.

There is not enough money that anybody could pay me to vote Republican in the general election. At this point in time I don't even care who the Democrats run, I will vote party line because they could not possibly run anybody worse then a Republican here. By holding my nose and registering as a Republican I will at least have the opportunity to vote against bat shit crazy in the primary.

It is funny, I noticed on election day that my cousin's husband was running against an incumbent in his race (I don't pay to much attention to ads on TV). I looked at his campaign's web page and face book page. After seeing who friended his face book page I didn't care if he married my cousin, I would not have voted for him in the Republican primary. Sally Kern, one of the most bat shit crazies in the State Legislature was listed as a friend. I mentioned this to a friend at work and she stated that she never would have thought of looking at social media when selecting a candidate to vote for.
