Ipsos/Reuters Poll (September 17): Sanders losing ground to Clinton

Hillary Clinton continues to lead among Democrats nationwide, with 46% of Dems. Clinton has opened back a 20 point lead over her closest Democratic rival. Sanders (25%) has lost some ground to the front runner.

This is a major change from 9/11 when it was 39-31. Bernie has lost 12 points in just a week.

Please edit your typo about Hillary being attacked from left and right and receiving negative press.
You mistakenly typed that Sanders is the target of such attacks.

Did you watch the debate last night? It was pile on Obama and Hillary.. not a mention of Sanders.

Even though it was coming from the RW loons it still has an impact on voters.

Surely its an indicator of what will happen at the state level.. right?

The main point from this data is that it shows Bernie's ascent has stalled and is in fact in reverse.

the poll that included only Clinton, Biden and Sanders had somewhat different results, with Sanders within 13 points of Clinton nationally, within 2 points among independents and 18 points among dems.

Looks like Sanders loses more to the other candidates (and non-candidates in the case of Cuomo and Gillibrand) than Clinton or Biden do.
