Bernie Sanders should talk about shadow banking.

During the debate, Hillary Clinton said that her plan for Wall St is tougher, because she wants more transparency in shadow banking.

Bernie Sanders should start saying that he wants more transparency in shadow banking:
- to take away the issue, and
- because it's consistent with his desire for more regulation of big business

...statement such as, "I'll seek more transparency in shadow banking" isn't a real plan.

But other candidates should make that same vague statement so that Hillary Clinton doesn't get an advantage from it.
