Hillary, TPP and Silicon Valley

Looks to me like Silicon Valley is in favor of the TPP. Companies like Facebook, Google, and Apple seem to support it. Then you look at how they are also supporting Hillary. I don't hate everything about TPP, but I certainly don't want it to be something that the "big guys" decide and leave out the middle class in the decision making process. The tech elite are a big part of the Democratic Party today, and it seems to me that is the part of the party that is identifying with Hillary. Your thoughts?

1. Some politicians over here in Japan have had this to say about TPP:

It's the people on the left, for the most part, who have been sounding the alarm, but they are in a very weak position.

weak position if they do not agree with everything we want. But on the other hand we could sure use the help of the anti-TPP people all over the world.

There is also at least one group in Tokyo that has a monthly anti-TPP demonstration near the prime minister's residence.
