Been limited to certain people with certain credentials and may have occurred before students, faculty and staff were permitted to enter. It is a private university and can limit access. Sanders' speech was open only to people with a GU ID.

It is ridiculous to imply that Sen. Clinton couldn't fill Gaston Hall if the speech were open to people with GU IDs.

I just saw the Business Insider article someone posted below. I'm not sure how credible it is, but it's just as likely that people who "won" tickets in the lottery (these are always free of charge) didn't yet arrive or decided not to use them--in which case that would have been pretty rude, as many other students would have gone.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke at the Georgetown Institute For Women, Peace and Security and it seems like hardly anyone showed up.

Clinton's remarks on "Smart Power: Security Through Inclusive Leadership" were delivered at Georgetown's Gaston Hall, an auditorium that seats more than 700 people. However, based on tweets from those who attended the event, many seats were empty. .

I've demanded multiple berniebros denounce their racial and genital privileges and kneel before me, their intellectual and moral superior. Can you believe not a one would accept? They should call themselves Bernies Klan because they are all the worst kind of bigots!
