Watching MSNBC during the Dem convention? I don't think I will.

If the last few segments covering the Dem convention are any indication of how they will be slanting and antagonizing the viewers, I'm thinking my local PBS or Current is the way to go. Chuck Todd is unwatchable for me, his smarm is disgusting. Maybe when Chris, Rachel and Rev. Al are on my mood will improve but daytime MSNBC will be off in my house.

Although sometimes they have "their" talking heads doing their thing, and then it becomes quite tedious.....just stick up the cameras and let US watch with no commentary.

or do the call ins with the craziest nutjobs they can find. That's when I'll change the channel or mute the sound. I love their coverage of the state of the union - cameras just roll while you watch everyone get seated, etc.

Chuck Todd might be getting a little "side" money channeled his way..Every time he has a chance to get a dig in on Obama he takes it to the extreme..He interrupts or cuts off completely any Democratic spokesman he has on...He had the Repuke chairman this morning and he was pampering that guy and giving Democrats the "better off now than 4 years ago" speal..
And he just cant get over Chris Mathews calling out Preibus for all the lies from the Rmoney campaign..Nope..Todd just cant get over the fact that Mathews was correct but keeps on calling it an outburst...
....I agree with you about not watching..
The fact is all the lies and the scripted BS the networks are following backing up those lies is obviously part of their billion dollar plan to buy this election...

are off-I watch Bashir--then off until the good Rev Al---then off until Ed-Rachel and sometimes Lawrence--then Off....off-off.
I mute Todd if I see his "smiling face"....He spews nonsense.
Really, the "message" is the same-just worded differently depending upon who you watch and where you watch it.

There is no credibility left in MSM and when you think about it-Why are those who we "trust" still on these "news orgs"?
It's like a few of the "GOP candidates" like Johnson, Romer etc remain GOP whilst trying to convince us their different--When it's time to split, you divorce...not "stick it out" after you realize the relationship is no longer what it once was and the "party" has left you...

Because I like that they're not pretending to be bipartisan or neutral. Yet they managed to be pretty objective in my opinion.
