button above the main page posts. If an OP does not meet a forum's SOP, it can and often will get locked. Look down to the last post as the locking Host will typically write the reason. The phrase "off topic" is automatically inserted by the software and often is not accurate at all.

12. I get angry at jurors too, it's an imperfect system.

In the old system instead of being judged by other members it was all up to the mods and once the decision was made, your post would be deleted, not just hidden. No notice, no explanation. At least with the jury system people can learn from their mistakes. And because we can all view the hidden posts we can learn from others' mistakes as well.
