Americans died. Romney smirks.

Take a look at the smirk on Mitt Romney's face at the conclusion of his disastrous press conference basically accusing the president of sympathizing with the people who attacked and killed American embassy personnel in Libya:

Seriously off. The disconnect with the context and his gloat, if that's the right term, at taking a political pot-shot at the President is chilling.

this clown is a sociopath. No empathy. THIS is the face on the guy who holds another student down and cuts his hair.

I'm one of those people that can read expressions very very well, including micro expressions.

Here's my take. Obviously, he was reading someone else's words. He had an exact cadence to when his head went up, and when it went down. They were not his words of condolence, it was entirely scripted. Also, he had these micro expression sometimes when he looked up. It was a brief moment of "are they buying this?" almost a smirk almost like "how is this going over??" There was a feigned expression of seriousness and gravity, that was punctuated by micro expressions of a smile that he had to control.

The smirking at the end, and the full smile as he left, appeared to be something of a "they bought it," look. Not laughing at the deaths, as much as an inability to comprehend what had just transpired or what he had just read, more of a "got away with it" look that he's used every time he's lied. I recognize that expression from him. It's a reflection of how his brain works, not a conscious thought, more of a thought process of a narcissist.

Romney, I contend, is motivated by winning. By winning by any means possible. A narcissist, which I assuming he is, justifies and enjoys their lies because they have no respect for other people. They have an inflated moral surety in themselves, that renders others less important, unless they're filling a need (like being yes-men.) He is simply saying whatever he needs to say, to get elected, and it's becoming apparent.
