Samuel L Jackson talked about tRump inviting him to play golf with him and Bill Clinton...and tRump buying something for Clinton...sounds like friends to me:

I dunno which marriage this was for the T-Rump, but if it wasn't the first marriage then gifts are often not given. Also giving gifts to the uber rich seems weird as well. One of my relatives not uber rich, but pretty comfortable requested guests give to a charity instead of getting gifts.
