Why do you all insist on dividing Democrats?

By taking money from the Koch brothers to talk about issues like racism and rape? We've been found out. Time to give the cash back that you got for: talking about racism, putting up with racism, talking about rape, being raped, and whatever.

Apparently people see these things as mere distractions and unrelated to the upward movement of wealth to fewer people and the shrinking middle class instead of symptoms, and sometimes causes of it. Does the term "sweatshop"' mean anything to anybody?

Do you think 'they' would believe me if I told them that right out side of my very liberal city, in the goods old USA, there was a bust of what were essentially undocumented slave workers. (And for our anti- Latino lurkers, you know, who who think undocumented workers means Mexican and very brown--they were Vietnamese) and that this is not uncommon?

I could've prevented Raygun from defeating Carter! LOL @ myself, there.

But I could have never written for the GOP. My brain always warned me that if I clicked the lever for the GOP at the polls, my arm would fall off.

I still feel the same way. They've been worthless scum to m since the fifties and McCarthy and historically, their fighting FDR put them in that category before I was born even.

Never found anything truly good about them, even when some were moderates. Can't change their nature, and they are oligarchs and plantation owners in their own minds, if not in reality.

I sure could use some green, though...

who are trying to drive white male voters from the party.

Yeah, cause it sure couldn't be the men spewing RW views about racism and sexism, no way!

If only they could get over their poor little sad, uncoddled egos... they might not be such easy pickings. The funny thing is they probably see themselves as so very, very different from people on the right who fall for ego-massaging lies.

is that women and minorities don't see the world differently from them, since theirs is the only legitimate way of seeing the world. They insist a small group of operatives is being paid to disrupt because that people who don't think exactly like them could possibly be liberals. There is them and Republicans, as far as they are concerned.

they are brazen about it even. it's like rush limbaugh light. Democrats are too culturally rignt wing if this place is any indication though they would deny that. i know i was confronted years ago about my denial and i finally got it. i am a white gay man and i am aware of my privileges even if i am gay. in the gay activist community there are always heated discussions in regards to white man privilege within the movement and white gay guys taking over and excluding female and minority voices! anyway all this is not rocket science if people stop resisting and think about it. (i thought)

Because women and minorities no longer defer to them for opinions and answers. You see if if we did there would be no division. We should all just relax when jokes using derogatory terms are said. It's just a fucking joke after all. Prudes. When things are said that reduce women and minorities to a lesser status, it is not because they think woman and minorities are 2nd class citizens, it is because they believe the top rung of the ladder only has so much room and they have more of a right to it.

All this talk about true equality questions their rights to enjoy that top rung. They don't see it as everyone gaining rights. They see it as losing theirs. Cause I guess there are just so many rights to go around. They can't get over not being special anymore.
