help please I can't seee images

Before the hack I could see images posted in the LOL dial-up cats postings. Now there are blank spaces where the pictures would be in this one:

I can see cartoons posted such as this one:

I can see the photos in the photography contests.

I installed the latest adobe. I don't know what else to do. can someone please suggest what I can do to see the images? Thanks in advance.

Do you use an Adblocker?

EDIT: It was the adblock blocking the images. Your questions led to the answer. Thanks so much for your help.
