(8,571 posts)It would fall under "tips about DU" in the SOP. I've seen several introduction threads promote a group that the DUer was involved in already. I've also seen a reply to an OP that mentioned a particular group the OP might be interested in based off of something said in the OP.

(28,151 posts)It's been great to read introductions from new arrivals AND everyone else. I've learned a lot about many different posters. I think to throw the many, diverse groups into the mix would make the experience even better. There are so many great discussions going on in the groups, it's easy to miss them once they fall off of the latest page (which is how I often see them).
