Did anything change just before this started? I am wondering if the phone is using cellular signal and not the same wi-do router that the desktop uses.

The two look very different in location. My phone used to get ads for stores 200 miles away.

The network in between may be down for the cellular hub, who knows where. (Cloudflare)

Also, if you are using Apple, do you have iCloud private relay on? Archive.ph and others make me solve a CAPTCHA when I use it.
