I've alerted on a post, only to find out that it had already happened and had gone to a jury.

However, my alert did get sent to the Administrators for review.

Then Post #3 was alerted on and hidden. Just because the OP was not hidden does not make all of your other posts in a thread from being alert free. Meaning a post can only go to a jury once to be voted on but if you have more than one post in a thread, each of those posts can be alerted on for their content. Understand now?
