Request: bar the use of the phrase "Left Leaning Independents" by some DU'ers against other Du'ers

That term is inflammatory, divisive(it implies that only those who agree with the posters that use the phrase are "actual Democrat", and questioning people's party loyalty just because they have principles some here find too far to the left should not be cool.
The phrase is an attempt to stifle debate by stigmatizing dissenting voices as disloyal(and those who use it never call those Dems who defy the party by supporting candidates and ideas to its right(like all the Democratic senators who backed Joe Lieberman's independent candidacy for the U.S. Senate against the actual Democratic nominee)as "Right-Leaning Independents". They also never question the loyalty of those Dems who backed the DLC, even though that group's policies were an assault on the interests of most Democratic voters.
Yes, there are some actual independents who post here, but this phrase usually isn't aimed at them.
This phrase is too toxic for DU, and should be banned.
