(13,524 posts)AWFUL feeling) crashing blood sugar can make a person shake and shiver and feel soooo out-of-control and sure, panicky. We can get in this state when eating sugar without also having some protein to keep our sugar levels up -

(4,606 posts)around when I hit my 30s. I was a pot snob when I did smoke, so am sure its not an indica vs sativa thing.
Makes me sad. Id love to get high and feel the way I used to. The anxiety is *really* bad, though.

(67,405 posts)what I did when used to have panic attacks. does a co2 oxygen thing and gives one something to focus on besides the attack. not medical advice btw
