Heat's Chris Bosh on return: 'I will be ready on opening night'
Chris Bosh is setting up for a major comeback.
After his season was cut short by a diagnosis of blood clots in his lungs, the Miami Heat center told TNT viewers during Game 5 between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls that he'll be ready to return to action at the beginning of next season
"I will be ready on opening night," said Bosh. "I'm looking forward to being the best version of myself in 2015-2016 at the start."
In April it was announced that Bosh was back to lifting and running despite reportedly taking blood thinners into the middle of the month. The Heat had said in February that he would not resume full basketball activities until September - just in time for training camp.
