Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumI have a question about a possible Bernie voter
during the election.
My neighbor's son is turning 18 on November 1st.
Can he still register and vote in the GE?

(231 posts)Doesn't matter what state he's in. The 26th Amendment to the Constitution, passed in 1971 says --
"The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age."

(2,052 posts)But to YOU as well. Our privilege to vote was fought for by many and you obviously instilled some great values in your son for him to take his vote so seriously at a young age. Great job and let's win Colorado!!
