Woot! Woo hoo!

Just had two adorable canvassers for Bernie come knocking at my door. I gave them both a soda pop. Since I told them that both my husband and I were Bernie or bust people they didn't stay long but enjoyed the soda.
This is in Dayton Ohio in the city proper so Bernie has a definite ground game going on here! He just may pull this out!

hand out cookies and bumper stickers, that turns into some couch lock time. And no war.

Maybe you should send Mrs Clinton that recipe. After we inaugurate President Sanders. It's good for pain.

But salting a whole Wankpuffin rally?

He's up on the stage, jumping up and down and insisting they carry out the protesters. Meanwhile, in the audience, everyone is laughing, grabbing signs, but wrapping them around their heads, yelling "Look at me I'm KKK, hear me roar" and then breaking off into peals of laughter, making plans to raid all the fast food restaurants and bodegas in the neighborhood.

Poor ol' real estate swindler at the front of the room wouldn't know what hit 'im. What do you do when your cadre of grayshirts lay down their clubs and pick up a pipe? He's got such a stick up his ass he would probably have a seizure and fall out right there.

Their office is 10 blocks from my house, and I will show up there tomorrow and see what I can do.

I have already put up over 20 Bernie signs I purchased myself, and handed out 10 bumper stickers, with more to come.

Go scottie55! I am loving all the energy coming out of Seattle for Bernie and their politics in general. Ohio is a very weird mix of folks, biblebelt, blue collar, high tech, and very educated folks. We have alot of colleges here...... it can go either way depending on the weather. Sigh.

I was having abysmal luck. Of the 97 doors I knocked on today in Southern Illinois I'd say 75 of them weren't home (or asleep, or ignoring the door). Of the people I actually talked to around 6 or 7 houses were going for Bernie, 3 for Trump, 4 or 5 still undecided (which amazes me), 6 or 7 not going for Bernie (never got a clear answer from any if they were for Hillary or Republicans), and 2 or 3 who weren't voting. I think I convinced one or two houses who were leaning Bernie to go vote that may not have otherwise.

Going to go back out tomorrow and see if I can improve my luck.
