"The foundation of any defense pertaining to Hillary Clinton's private server revolves around either negligence, or the debate regarding retroactive classification and overclassification.
First, I explain (in this You Tube segment) that the views of Brian Fallon and others pertaining to overclassification "run amok" ignore 22 "Top Secret" emails on Clinton's server.
Most importantly, if Americans can't see these emails, then everything the Clinton campaign has said regarding this story is irrelevant.
Like I stated during a recent appearance on CNN International with John Vause, Hillary Clinton is being investigated by the FBI and faces the risk of indictment.
Thus, if you fear a Trump presidency, you better vote for Bernie Sanders, especially siince nobody knows why Clinton owned a private server in the first place.
This private server, and the "Top Secret" information on this server, will ultimately make Bernie Sanders the Democratic nominee.
Bernie Sanders can easily win the primary race, but the FBI investigation will make him the only way Democrats stop Donald Trump.
The FBI and Justice Department aren't going to set a dangerous precedent for future secretaries of state, and future presidents, by allowing government officials to act like Hillary Clinton, without legal consequences."

FBI Investigation of the emails.
Investigations of various primaries and caucuses, as an Iowa Democratic official drives off with raw data in his car with the Hillary 2016 license plates.
Didn't respond to a subpoena as First Lady or an FOIA request as Secretary of State in under two years, or before wiping her server.
As First Lady, claimed on the Today Show that the Monica was a lie spread by the vast right wing conspiracy.
I know I'm psyched!

(3,813 posts)It seems like at least one of these scenarios have to play out:
1) Hillary is indicted before the Democratic Convention. Sanders would then hopefully be able to step up. And if the DNC types try to pick someone else, the Party would fracture irreparably. Sorry, Biden, but not this time either.
2) Hillary is indicted after the Convention, during the GE. If this happens, Republicans almost certainly win. Welcome to Trumplandia.
3) Hillary is not indicted at all before November (or for that matter, January). If this happens, maybe she has a chance in the GE, but even so, Clinton corruption, the e-mail server, Clinton Foundation issues, etc. are all still issues in the GE: red meat for the Republican base. Maybe the Repub nominee wins due to that, maybe not. But if Hillary does make it through the GE without an indictment and with the majority of votes, what happens on 1/20/17? I'd say that the House opens an investigative committee on the above issues, and government is paralyzed from day 1 via an investigation into whether the "corrupt Obama DOJ" enabled "corrupt Clinton cronyism" and a nepotistic avoidance of justifiable prosecution.
None of these options sounds good to me.

The AG has said she may not prosecute, no matter what.

I don't agree with this premise at all. Nor, any other article he has written. Jebus, we can't see top top secret emails so Bernie gets the nomination. Seriously that isn't an issue.
No, we need to read the emails that we can see and they are on the internet and they are accessible. There is enough crap in what we can see that we don't need to see 22 top secret emails. The FBI has the emails she said was personal yeah we need to see some of those, because in Hill n Bill's words they didn't communicate by email and in Hill's behavior that is confirmed. She rarely sent out emails even when Jake Sullivan was begging her for a response to the crisis in the Honduras.
We can see from what has been released or leaked that she had a whole lot of communication with Sidney Blumenthal. We know she saw Iraq and Libya as business opportunities.
We know her brother is making out like a bandit in Haiti.
So, no we don't need to see those 22 emails.
