I have tipped ActBlue for the last time

I have made several online contributions to Bernie's campaign via ActBlue and tipped them on some of those contributions. This morning I got an email from ActBlue that made no reference to Bernie or his campaign. It was titled "Outrage" and was about Trump and the Republicans and will I make a monthly contribution to support Democrat candidates against the Republicans? In other words, support the same Democratic Party establishment that is doing everything it can to defeat the Bernie Sanders campaign which I am supporting. I clicked on unsubscribe from their mailings and it asked for my email and an explanation. I gave them a very colorful explanation but am not going to repeat it here.

2. I've gotten those too.

I give to Bernie via Omaha Steve's link...upon occasion, I've tipped because I want this convenience.

I suppose I could send checks to the campaign but that means they have even more work to do with a deposit and have to take the time to do it.

They are a matter of public record. I was hoping that ActBlue would at least adhere to a Chinese wall while the primary race is still going on, but no, they can't wait. Screw them. I tipped some times to cover their expenses. I will continue to contribute to Bernie through them because they are the default that comes with the emails from Bernie's campaign and it is convenient. But I won't tip on any future contributions.

4. I have not tipped them since I was burned on a sticker from Bold Progessives that never arrived as

promised, back in 2014.. It was where if you donated to Dem causes you could then vote on a Anti-GOP sticker, I voted, was to receive the winning sticker - never showed. Ugh.. No more money for Bold Progressives - nor tips for Act Blue.

I asked both Act Blue and Bold Progressives to follow up - I got no response from Bold Progr. and Act Blue got back to me saying saying that it was not their responsibility. I sort of have to agree with that but okay, no TIPS for you! But I have given 87 bucks to Bernie through Act Blue this campaign.. 30 + 30 + 27 most recently and will hopefully receive that "Birdie" sticker.

5. Just so you know.....

I gave extra money for 4 Bernie stickers on 2/10 and didn't receive them until 4/4. They said they were swamped with so many donations and are trying to get them out with the states closest to primary day being first priority. So, depending on where you live, it might take a while.
