Hills problem
An Iraq vote, horrific as it was, was within the rules and laws on the Senate floor.
As SoS her actions were rule and law breaking and "It was a mistake" doesn't cut it in a law abiding society Lumping all her wrongs together with the same alibi is reckless and unacceptable.

1. Very good point / her replies are also not "misspeaking"

2. Especially since she didn't make a mistake. She refused every single
opportunity and alternative proposed , to her, to make sure she was complying with the rules.
The used the server without approval. She failed to turn over her work emails. She willfully acted in a manner that can't be chalked up to a mistake...and then lied about it for a year |

3. While her Iraq vote
Was certainly within the rules of the Senate, it in my opinion shows poor judgement on her part, hence I find it to be a very big problem.
