I know its fox and the link goes right to a video so I will give you the jest
of what Mills said in her disposition

So in the deposition Mills gave to Judicial Watch, she claims that dealing with the aftershock of Benghazi as well as Clinton being ill preoccupied them to the extent that they failed to even think once about giving back the government records (Clinton's emails)
Clinton took with her after she left the State Department. She's claiming that these issues affected them for the entire two years after she left before they ended up returning them.
This has to be one of the most bullshit explanations I've seen given yet, especially when you consider that they did not return the records until the State Department demanded them and that when they did, they turned over "dumb" paper copies instead of electronic ones. Tens of thousands of printed out copies. This clearly obstructionist format also runs contrary to Clinton's assertions that they've been doing everything they can to cooperate with any and all investigations.
Oh and by the way Judicial Watch isn't the only one involved with this civil suite............. AP NEWS was suing also.
On edit: for my Ron Ziegler reference see my post on him.

(36,988 posts)The U.S. State Department asked a judge on Friday for a one-month extension to finish publicly releasing thousands of emails sent by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state, in part because a winter storm closed government offices.
The department said in a federal court filing it needed until Feb. 29 after realizing this week that it had "overlooked" emails amounting to 7,254 printed pages that it should have already shared with other agencies for them to review for sensitive information.
It said expected heavy snow in Washington, D.C., had interrupted delivery of these emails to other agencies. Many federal offices closed early on Friday afternoon.

(36,988 posts)You start to see a consistent pattern of Delay, obstruct, obfuscate, lie and conspire. No wonder Paul Thompson was canned by TPTB with his new timeline on this affair he sought the truth.
It wasn't until I read his 911 timeline did I realize that something was terribly wrong with the official story and all he did was to follow major newspaper reports or stories that were buried in the back pages of major newspapers. Nothing on LIHOP or MIHOP but just good research on what was really happening behind behind the front pages.
