voting with my heart or voting out of fear.

I fear a Trump presidency. But I also fear a Hillary presidency, for different reasons.
I fear Trump worse because he is so clueless about how government works and he is so bombastic.

Living in Arizona & being 60 I am also thinking that for once in my life I should vote for the person I believe in.
I just may write in Bernie (if he's not the nominee, yes I still have hope).

As far as Hillary's running mate, it doesn't matter.
Hillary will still be at the top of the ticket, she will be the one with the power should she be elected.

It may be that a huge proportion of Bernie voters in either solid blue or solid red states might either not vote for prez or vote third party (like Jill Stein). I won't, but my main worry is about swing states, and put out a thread on that issue, finding some in swing states that said neither they nor any of their Bernie-supporting friends in key midWestern states would vote for Hillary

THAT could be fatal

I have NEVER been much of a Clinton fan (either Bill or Hillary) but, really! TRUMP -- in the White House? Yes it DOES make sense to vote AGAINST someone if they are terrible, and clearly much worse than the neoliberal candidate the Democrats nominate

Too late.

Also - I don't think it is realized by many, evidently, that a great many people just do not like Hillary. Bernie has nothing to do with that. If Bernie had never run, I would still not support Hillary. A lot of my political conversations go like this - who are you voting for? answer - NOT HILLARY!!!!! how about Bernie Sanders? answer - yes! or Tell me about him.

Bernie did not peel away supporters from Hillary. He has the supporters who did not like what Hillary stands for, in the first place. The DNC is relying on the "where else are the retards gonna go" Rahm approach, and it will not work this time. IMO and all that.

or whether I will vote for a candidate other than Hillary but not Trump. I just don't know.

Trump is bad, but he is also incompetent, completely incompetent.

Hillary is also bad (her neocon beliefs are not that much better than Trump's), but claims to be competent.

What is worse, a bad candidate who is incompetent or a bad candidate who at least claims to be competent. That is a tough one for me.

Things could change between now and November.

I'm voting for Bernie on Tuesday, and so are a lot of my friends.

So right now, I am voting for Bernie and loving it.

We shall see whether Hillary really makes it to November and the Democratic nomination. Life is full of surprises. At least mine has been up till now.

I said yes, and then was given a list of questions. The last question pissed me off - who would I like to see as VP?

Who would you like to see chosen as Vice President for the Democratic ticket?
Sen. Elizabeth Warren
Sen. Bernie Sanders
Sen. Tim Kaine
Sect. Julián Castro
Sen. Tom Perez
Sen. Corey Booker
Gov. Martin O’Malley
Someone Else (tell us below)

I chose Someone Else, and explained that their list assumes Hillary will be the presidential nominee, and I will not vote for her no matter who her second banana is.

And I will not be chipping in for "the Democrats" - nowadays, that means money straight to the DNC and Hillary.

If I do not vote for Hillary, will write in Bernie or vote Jill Stein. Hillary needs to show that she has earned my vote. If it is very close between Trump and Hillary, will more likely give Hillary my vote. But right now, still holding out hope that Bernie wins!

Do not give a shit who Hillary picks for VP if she "wins" the nomination.

Trump and Hillary look equally bad.

Downticket is important.
