(7,499 posts)So glad you're on Team Bernie! All the best people are!
Well thanks! There's so many issues we face and iI am not about supporting a half assed candidate. Just nope.

(7,499 posts)I don't know how anyone can see the comparisons and not support Bernie 110%. He's the real deal, and his positions are steadfast, not subject to change based on focus groups or political polls.
A Simple Game
(9,214 posts)Few will admit it but I can think of only one other reason that makes sense. Also several of this years vocal Hillary supporters were very anti-Hillary back in '08, I think they are just using minority status as a reason to vote for a candidate.

(7,499 posts)My mother-in-law is pro-Hillary, and when my husband and I asked her what policies and agendas of HRC's she agreed with, she just sputtered that it's time we have a female president.
What a sad commentary...

(44,130 posts)It's time we had a president that will fight for main street instead of wall street.
If that's Hillary, fine but I don't think it is.

(5,761 posts)You support a corporate hack who changes her position more often that chickens shit. Remind us again WHY you're posting in the Bernie group? Hop back over please to your side of the fence where the Wall Street fat cats hang out.

(5,761 posts)I mean my God, incredibly so.
Try again lol He's so extreme that YOUR candidate has adopted many of Bernie's positions lol
You know what they say, right? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Just like with GWB, it doesn't matter if she's inferior in a lot of ways that matter, or certainly will eventually to this country, just that she's their candidate. That's why you won't see them battling over records or past judgements and the form they took.

(41 posts)... like this post, but when I read HRC supporters on DU they often sound like republicans - this is no accident. HRC is a centrist, like her husband and the DLC.
Libertarians (and DLC blue-dog Dems) and republicans are like protestants and Catholics - it's the same thing without the guilt.
They accept some social benefits (depending on the political climate of the day), but really exist to protect inherited wealth and big business.
Anyone that looks at the data critically cannot avoid this conclusion.
